Leads and measurement
Who left their details in your campaign, which ad they came from, and how to count each lead in Google Ads and Meta.
The campaign's leads
Below each campaign's editor is «Interesados» ("Leads"), with every person who filled out the form: their name, their WhatsApp (tap it to message them), their email and answers, the car of interest, when they arrived, and where from («Llegó por google · anuncio de Google», "Came from google · Google ad", for example). To see them you need the «Ver leads» ("See leads") permission.
Mark each one so you don't lose track:
They just left their details.
What you can do: Message them on WhatsApp and mark «Ya lo contacté» (I contacted them).
You already messaged them.
What you can do: Follow up like with any customer.
Not a real customer, or not interested.
What you can do: Go back to «Por atender» if they change their mind.
Quotes and appointments that come from the campaign don't appear here: they stay in «Interacciones de la tienda» ("Store interactions") and in «Citas» ("Appointments"), as always. The campaign only counts them.
Who receives them and who gets the notice
In the editor, «A quién le llegan los interesados» ("Who receives the leads") says who receives them and whether there's a WhatsApp notice. Usually they reach you, you see them here, and we notify you on WhatsApp like with a quote. Cliquéalo decides this; if your plan includes Cliquéalo handling your notices, the notice goes to the Cliquéalo team.
Which ad each person came from
Add the utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign tags to your ads' address, for example cliquealo.mx/c/autos-del-valle-buen-fin?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=pagado&utm_campaign=buen-fin. Google and Meta also add their own click identifier. With that, every lead, quote, and appointment says which campaign and which network it came from, even if the person looked at other cars before asking for a quote.
Measure with Google Ads and Meta
Copy your tags
In Google Ads copy the conversion ID (it looks like AW-123456789) and the conversion label. In Meta copy your pixel number.
Paste them into the campaign
In «Medición de anuncios» ("Ad measurement") fill in «Google Ads: id de conversión» ("Google Ads: conversion ID"), «Google Ads: etiqueta de conversión» ("Google Ads: conversion label"), and «Píxel de Meta» ("Meta pixel"), and tap «Guardar» ("Save").
Tags only load if the person accepts cookies. On a campaign with tags, the cookie notice says «En esta página también medimos la campaña con Google y Meta.» ("This page also measures the campaign with Google and Meta."). If the person had already accepted before, we ask them only about the measurement; if they decline, nothing loads.
It counts as a conversion when the person sends the form, asks for a quote from «Aplicar a crédito», or books an appointment, on the campaign page. No tag loads in the preview.
